- All Humane Society volunteers working this event MUST wear the t-shirt provided to you by the Humane Society. You can pick yours up at the shelter before the game. The shelter is open 11am to 4pm every day except Thursdays. If you cannot make those times, please let us know and we can make other arrangements for you to pick it up.
- Game 1 is on Saturday, June 11th. Game starts at 4:00. Volunteers must be there for 2:30 training from the Railcats on how to use their cash registers / point of sale system.
- Game 2 is on Sunday, June 12th. Game starts at 2:00. Volunteers must be there for 12:30 training from the Railcats on how to use their cash registers / point of sale system.
This June 12th game is BARK IN THE PARK!! The fans attending the game are allowed to bring their well-behaved pets. The Humane Society of Hobart plans to have adoptable pets at the game (weather permitting, and availability permitting).
Volunteers can park in Lot A and walk in our VIP Entrance (glass doors) off of Stadium Plaza. Someone from the Railcats will be able to direct them to the concession stand. Only volunteers who have their name on our list will be permitted inside the stadium.
