HELP NEEDED - July 12, 2025 at "Puppy Pals Live Dog Stunt Show"

•  6:00pm to 7:15pm at Hobart Art Theater

• Must be an approved HSH Volunteer

• This is a live pre-arranged show

• NEED:  2 HSH Volunteers to be featured at the event

• NEED:  1 Fosters or Animal Handlers to help wrangle 1 adoptable pet during event.

HELP NEEDED - August 22 at "Whisker Run 5K"

• Must be an approved HSH Volunteer

• Help host the HSH Booth, Kissing Booth, Cuddles to Heal sign

• NEED:  2 raffle baskets for this event

• NEED:  Fosters or Animal Handlers to bring 2 adoptables to the event.

HELP NEEDED - August 23 at "Rockopelli Music Festival"

• Must be an approved HSH Volunteer

• NEED:  2 HSH Booth Hosts to promote Magical Music Mondays and Bradley's Pet Portraits.

HELP NEEDED - August 23 and 24, 2025 at the shelter

• Must be an approved HSH Volunteer

• Help the increased visitors on these days of our "Fee Waived Weekend" during NBC's Clear the Shelters event.  

• NEED: volunteers to help direct adopters, put away donations, and capture photos during the event. An HSH booth should be onsite this weekend with merch and outreach material. Press may be attending during this event.

HELP NEEDED - August 26 at "Pups and Pours"

•  6pm to 9pm at Tavern on the Lake in Hobart

• Must be an approved HSH Volunteer

• Event is ticketed and includes: $35.00 Wine and Bourbon tasing, Live Music, Appetizers, Raffle Baskets, Vendor Give-Aways, 50/50.  

• NEED:  7 Raffle Baskets

• NEED:  2-3 Volunteers to host the HSH Booth and sell merch

• NEED:  1-2 Volunteers to help sell raffle baskets tickets and 50/50 tickes.  

• NEED:  2-3 Fosters or Animal Handlers to help wrangle adoptable pets during event.
